Our traditional arches typically take a few hours to be assembled and will require at least two people to lift the structure whilst following the product instructions. For any queries, if you have received your garden arch, but you are unable to find the manual within your packaging, please email or call our friendly customer service team.
Our garden arches are made of tough tubular steel, galvanised both inside and out for strength and rust prevention. The UV stabilised polymer-coating and textured finish is both durable and attractive.
Our garden structures come in various sizes to fit most gardens. For example, our garden arches range from 5ft to 8 feet, whilst our garden obelisks are available from 4ft to 6ft.
If you are at the stage of assembling your arch or gazebo, you will find our grub screws in the joints of the spacer bars already. Additional spares are provided in a separate bag. You will need to loosen the grub screws to be able to position the spacer bar. Once you are happy with the placement, all you need to do is tighten the screw with the Allen key provided.
If you have a large garden space, you could add charm with a long-arched pergola to make a walkway feel special. However, to decorate a front garden, you can mark an entrance leading to your front door with a garden arch. Much like when marking a pathway, an arch over a gate adds architectural style to your house.
We offer a few different sizes for most of our arches, ranging from tube thickness to widths or heights. Alternatively, you can call our friendly customer service team with your specific dimensions, and we will find your best option among our range.
Most of our matt black structures provide strong and durable support for heavy plant climbers such as wisteria, vine, honeysuckle, jasmine or certain type of climbing roses. Opt for a design fitted with lattice infills to help new climbers establish and to offer anchor points to tie in the plant gradually as it grows.
Our traditional arch loving plants can support heavy climbers that are roses, wisteria, or virginia creepers but you could also try more delicate flowering plants such as sweet peas, clematis, honeysuckle, jasmine or more exotic species such as passion flower.
Edibles grown on an arch can be both beautiful and delicious - squashes, cucumbers, beans, trained fruit trees or maybe a hop or grape vine will all do well with the extra light and growing on an arch makes for easy harvesting.
If you are looking for a long garden arch tunnel we recommend you either buy two or three garden arches that you space out one after another, or you can purchase one of our pergolas that will create a long charming continuous walkway.
